Provide accurate information when placing orders.
Respect our designs. Most of our designs are public-domain or fan-inspired. If something here sparks an idea, run with it — just make sure to add your own voice. You can’t use ours wholesale.
Understand made-to-order timing. Items are created after your order is placed. Please allow 5–7 days for processing. Some may take longer, but most are quicker. Items with unusually long processing times are clearly noted in the product descriptions.
Acknowledge that policies may change. We reserve the right to update or tweak these policies from time to time — but we’ll try to give you a heads-up.

Regions: We ship worldwide!
Processing: Most orders ship within 5–10 business days. Made-to-order items, like custom patches and tees, are created after you order — please plan accordingly. Some items are stocked and may ship the next day.
Shipping Methods & Costs: Rates are flat-rate based on estimated total weight of your order and calculated at checkout. We use USPS First Class/Ground or UPS/FedEx, depending on the lowest cost. We do not offer priority or overnight shipping, as we cannot guarantee next-day availability.
Delays: Shipping times may be affected by carriers or customs — unfortunately, these are beyond our control.

Eligibility
Refunds or exchanges are available only for items that arrive defective or damaged. Because most items are made to order, we can’t accept returns for any other reason.

Email us at hello@lunimeflux.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue so we can review it quickly.
Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
We’re all about happy customers — just don’t try to send back a perfectly good custom patch
